What happens when I subscribe?
- After signing up, you will be directed to the check out link where you have the option to pay once or subscribe monthly. The monthly subscription will automatically be billed to you on the same date each following month. You can unsubscribe at anytime without penalty. If you choose "Pay Once", your card will not automatically be billed, and we will email you an invoice each month prior to shipping.
- In a separate email, you will receive a short survey for you to complete. This will help us get to know more about you and your style preferences.
- Then we get to work! We will curate a surprise set of UP TO 4 items just for you. In addition to being carefully curated especially for you, each item has been carefully selected for the positive social and/or environmental impact it makes.
- Shipping is included in your base monthly rate.
- Your product will be shipped within 10 business days of your initial subscription and each monthly billing cycle.
- If you select Monthly, each following month your card will automatically be charged $45 on the same date. If you selected Pay Once, your card will not automatically be charged, we will invoice you via email. Your surprise kit will ship within 10 business days. Please allow for standard shipping time.
What types of items will I get?
- We support artisans and producer groups from around the globe, and each product has a unique story to tell. Your purchase makes a positive social and/or environmental impact. To learn more about products that you may receive and our vendor partners, please click on any of the vendor partners below.
- Accessories, Jewelry, Kitchen, Housewares Oh My! Each month we will carefully curate a surprise box just for you from any of our current categories, based specifically on your responses to the survey questions.

- To have the monthly subscription go to the recipient of your choice, simply fill out the survey for the recipient to the best of your ability. We can always make adjustments along the way.
- To have one month's box go to another recipient as a gift, please email info@madeanew.com as soon as you know, or at latest, the day you receive the invoice. Provide us the shipping information for the recipient and any personal note you would like included in the shipment.
How do I unsubscribe?
- There is no penalty to unsubscribe. There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of your confirmation email, or simply email info@madeanew.com and let us know you want to unsubscribe and we'll cancel your subscription.
